A meeting of natural textures
This bracelet strings rudraksha seeds and lava stone beads on an elastic cord, with a central bead bearing an OM motif. Rudraksha is a seed from a tree traditionally used for beading in the regions of India and Nepal. Lava stone is a volcanic rock that is light and porous, its matt black surface offering an interesting contrast to brown rudraksha. Both materials are of natural origin, which gives the bracelet its special mood.
The OM symbol
One bead of the bracelet carries an OM symbol polished into it, playing a decorative role. OM is an ancient Sanskrit sign that makes the piece special among similar bracelets and provides a pleasing focal point at the middle of the wrist. The symbol is gently engraved and appears discreetly yet recognisably.
Comfortable to put on
Thanks to the elastic cord, there is no need for a clasp. You simply slide it over your hand and the cord springs back onto the wrist. This is especially convenient in the morning when you are in a hurry — within seconds it is on your wrist. In the evening you also do not need to fumble with clasps; you can simply slip it off.
What it goes with
The timeless pairing of brown and black suits many outfits. Men can wear it with jeans, a shirt dress or long-sleeved t-shirt. Women can put it on with a jumper, blouse or relaxed dress. Its clean look makes it a unisex accessory. It also looks great layered with other bracelets.
Cleaning and storage
Protect the bracelet from strong chemicals, perfume and long immersion in water. The natural material of rudraksha seeds does not tolerate prolonged moisture, so it is worth removing it for showering. Wiping it occasionally with a soft dry cloth keeps it in good condition. Stored in a separate jewellery box, it does not rub against other pieces. A textile pouch can also be a suitable storage place.
