About clear quartz
Clear quartz is pure, colourless quartz (SiO₂); its hardness is about 7 on the Mohs scale, and it occurs worldwide. Faceting cuts many small flat faces that break the light, so the transparent stone sparkles like a prism. Regarded as the "master crystal," it is traditionally believed to clear a space, strengthen intention and is often described as amplifying the effect of other stones.
