About rainbow moonstone
Rainbow moonstone is in fact translucent, white labradorite, in which light refracts within the inner layers to create a bluish, rainbow shimmer (adularescence). Its translucent base gives an especially fine, glowing effect. Moonstone is called "the dream stone" in India; tradition links it to new beginnings, intuition and renewal.
