Four stones meet on the wrist: fresh green quartz, matte black lava stone, golden-brown tiger eye and metallic pyrite. The elastic cord is made with a wider circumference, so it goes on comfortably over a broader wrist. The beads are about 8 mm across.
The four stones
Green quartz is the greenish variety of quartz, with a fresh, lively shade. Lava stone is a porous volcanic rock (basalt) formed from cooled lava – light, matte black, with a characteristically pitted surface. Tiger eye is a golden-brown, silky quartz across which a banded play of light (chatoyancy) runs. Pyrite is an iron sulfide mineral (FeS₂) with a yellow-gold metallic lustre, popularly nicknamed 'fool's gold'.
In crystal tradition green quartz is regarded as a stone of abundance and growth, tiger eye of courage, lava stone of grounding and pyrite of confidence. These are traditions, not medical promises.
Wear
The green, black and gold tones give a lively yet earthy look. Thanks to the wider circumference it sits well on a broader wrist. It is a characterful piece intended for everyday wear.
Care
Wipe it with a soft cloth and protect it from prolonged moisture. Pyrite can dull over time with moisture, and lava stone is porous – keep both dry. Each piece is unique: the shade of the stones may differ a little from the photo.
