What is bamboo coral?
Bamboo coral is the fossilised root of bamboo, formed in the beds of long-dried seas: under the effect of salt and iron, the bamboo slowly turned to stone. Its natural colour is yellowish-white; the characteristic deep red comes from dyeing, after which the beads are resin-polished for their shine. As blood coral is now a protected species, bamboo coral serves as its eco-friendly alternative.

Tradition knows bamboo coral as a companion for calm and inner steadiness, especially for those of a restless or easily tense nature.
Good to know
The beads measure about 6 mm, strung on an elastic cord with an inner radius of around 6.5 cm. As a natural product, colour, shape and size may vary slightly from the image shown.
Care
Wipe with a soft cloth. Protect it from prolonged moisture and chemicals so the colour and shine are preserved.
