How do I make ice cubes with this mould?

Fill the mould with cold, clean water (or another liquid such as fruit juice), then place it on a flat, level surface in the freezer. Usually the water freezes solid within 4-6 hours and the ice cube is ready to use. To release it, simply flex the silicone and the ice cube slides out cleanly. For faster results you can use a colder setting or a smaller amount of water.

Can I use it only for ice cubes, or for other things too?

Silicone is usable in a temperature range of -40 °C to +230 °C, so apart from ice cubes it also suits chocolate bonbons, ice cream, mini muffins, sponge layers, jelly layers and other small baked elements. The mould remains equally flexible with baked goods — the cooled finished item can be released easily and intact. Because of this versatile use, it is useful all year round, not only for summer hosting.

Silicone is dishwasher-safe, and it can also be cleaned easily by hand in warm soapy water. After washing, it is best to let it dry thoroughly — upside down on a drying rack so the water drains away completely. Store in a dry, clean place, away from sharp or pointed objects which may damage the silicone surface. With proper care it remains usable for many years.
