The Bibo BIO heat-resistant knife suits both hot and cold food, made from heat-resistant bioplastic (CPLA). This large 3200-piece carton is made for the continuous supply of high-traffic hospitality operations, caterers and event venues, where restocking is needed less often.
Where to use it
The knife is practical for main courses, cutting and full meals, and can be used with hot food without bending. The large quantity covers sustained, high demand economically.
Material and certification
The product is developed and manufactured in-house from heat-resistant bioplastic (CPLA). It is made from renewable, plant-based resources, giving it a low carbon footprint, as confirmed by the TÜV Austria “OK Biobased” certificate. It is biodegradable, industrially compostable and breaks down into natural materials. The bioplastic raw material is certified free of PFAS (forever chemicals), BPA (bisphenol-A) and phthalates. It is developed and produced in Hungary.
Properties
