The Bibo BIO heat-resistant knife suits both hot and cold food, made from heat-resistant bioplastic (CPLA). This 200-piece pack is practical for lower-volume venues or flexible use. Offered individually, the knife is for main courses, cutting and full meals where a spoon or fork alone is not enough.
Where to use it
The knife can be used with hot dishes without bending and works equally well for cold courses. It can be freely combined with the fork and spoon to match real demand.
Material and certification
The product is developed and manufactured in-house from heat-resistant bioplastic (CPLA). It is made from renewable, plant-based resources, giving it a low carbon footprint, as confirmed by the TÜV Austria “OK Biobased” certificate. It is biodegradable, industrially compostable and breaks down into natural materials. The bioplastic raw material is certified free of PFAS (forever chemicals), BPA (bisphenol-A) and phthalates. It is developed and produced in Hungary.
Properties
