One beater, two kinds of attack
If you want to play cowbell, tambourine or wood block with your foot pedal, you need a beater that offers different attacks. This beater has a hard wooden side and a felt-dampened soft side: with the same pedal motion you can play crisp clave figures on the blocks or soft, gentle tambourine sounds - depending on which side strikes.
Ash wood turned in Germany
The beater is turned from local ash wood in Germany and additionally dampened with felt on the soft side. Its total length is 19.5 cm and it weighs only about 70 grams, so it barely loads the pedal and will not tire your foot during longer playing.
Balanced, precise response
Thanks to its well-judged balance, the beater responds precisely to every movement: it behaves predictably at quiet, delicate attacks as well as powerful strokes. It serves drummers, percussionists and anyone who likes to enrich their playing with new sound colours - on stage, in the rehearsal room and at home.
How to fit it into your setup
Clamp the beater into your pedal just like a regular beater head, and you can accompany a pedal-mounted cowbell, wood block or tambourine with your foot while your hands stay free for the cajon or drum set. You decide which side faces the strike.
