Growing
Sow in early May in the garden. Plant spacing 1 metre, row spacing 1.5 metres. Nutrient-demanding.
The squash ripens in September–October. Uses: pumpkin pie, squash pudding, soup, roasted squash, gnocchi. The dark orange flesh is especially striking on the plate.
