Bamboo and linen bath sponge
A simple rectangular bath sponge made from bamboo and linen fabric, 15 × 10 × 5 cm. This classic pillow-shaped sponge is large enough to cover big areas quickly yet easy to store and dry.
Materials
The outer cover is woven from bamboo fibre and linen — a natural, biodegradable alternative to synthetic plastic sponges. Bamboo's porous fibres are naturally antibacterial; linen adds durability and texture. The inner padding is soft sponge that holds its shape while staying flexible.
How to use
Soak in warm water, apply shower gel or liquid soap, and work up lather. Massage in gentle circular motions, paying attention to drier or rougher areas such as arms, calves and back. Gentler than loofah, suitable for daily use even on sensitive skin.
Care
Squeeze out water after use and leave to air-dry in a ventilated spot. Soak weekly in diluted vinegar to keep fresh. Machine-washable at 30-40 °C in a laundry bag. Replace every 3-6 months with daily use. A practical entry point into body exfoliation for anyone who finds loofah too rough.
