Lotus pond meets incense stick holder
This 16.5 × 6 × 8 cm ceramic piece combines two uses on one base: a central lotus flower opening for backflow cones, plus a small hole on the rim of the pond to hold a traditional incense stick. At 0.364 kg it is stable enough to stand alone on a console, bookshelf or desk.
Two ways to use it
For the backflow mode, place a backflow cone in the lotus opening, light the tip, let it glow, then blow out the flame. Smoke cools and drifts down the pond's edge like a misty lake surface – only backflow cones deliver this effect. For the stick mode, insert an incense stick into the rim hole; ash falls into the pond instead of onto the furniture, keeping the surface clean.
Placement and cleaning
The elongated shape suits console tables and shelf edges, pairing well with small plants or stones. Keep away from draughts so the thin smoke curtain stays intact. After use, let the ceramic cool, brush the ash out of the pond and wipe any residue with a damp soft cloth. Avoid submerging in water or scrubbing with abrasive pads.
