The power and calm of the dragon head
The Dragon's Head backflow smoke stand is a powerful, characterful ceramic piece — the large, detailed head of an Eastern dragon with an open mouth from which backflow cone smoke pours downward, as if the dragon were truly breathing smoke. At 530 g and 22.3 cm tall, substantial enough to stand alone as a sculpture. In Eastern culture the dragon represents strength, wisdom and protection — a fitting choice for a study, executive office or meeting room.
How the smoke-breath works
The cone hole is on top of the dragon's skull. Place a backflow cone there perforation-down, light the tip, wait 20–30 s for the glow, and blow out the flame. The smoke travels inside the dragon and pours out of the open mouth for 20–30 minutes — a true smoke-breath effect. Standard cones do not produce it.
Hand-modelled detail
Eyes, teeth, whiskers and scales are all hand-modelled; each piece is slightly unique. Mostly deep brown-grey matte ceramic; some batches with gold or bronze accents. 10 × 22.3 × 8.3 cm.
Where it shines
A man's study, executive office, meeting table as a focal point, or the centre of an East-Asian-inspired living room. Pairs with leather-bound books, metal sculptures and dark wood furniture. As a gift (for a boss, father or business partner), add a few sandalwood or frankincense cones — these are its strongest companions.
