The five flowers
The blend unites five classic Bach flower essences: rock rose, clematis, impatiens, cherry plum and star of Bethlehem. Bach flower therapy is a traditional approach developed in the first half of the 20th century. This is a traditional idea, not a medical effect.
How to use
Spray twice onto the tongue as needed; a maximum of 20 sprays per day is recommended, and the suggested dose should not be exceeded. It may be used over the long term.
