Sound and character
The armrests do not produce sound on their own, yet they shape how you experience the resonance of the classic sound chair. When the forearms and hands are firmly supported, the vibration of the strings can travel through the body undisturbed. The carved spheres rest pleasantly under the palms, keeping the hands comfortable during longer sessions.

Care tips
Before sitting down, adjust the armrests so the elbow stays slightly bent and the palm rests naturally on the spheres. Avoid placing heavy loads on them and wipe occasionally with a soft, dry cloth. If the wood becomes dull over time, you can rub a thin layer of hard wax oil into the surface.
