Sweet apple pepper is the gentle sister of the hot version — same apple shape, thick flesh, but with a sweet flavour. Suitable for outdoor cultivation, indeterminate variety. The fruit averages 55–60 g. Equally good for pickling and fresh use — children also enjoy it.
