A pipette dropper bottle is the most precise dosing solution for essential oils, serums and tinctures. This 88-piece pack of 50 ml bottles combines a green glass body with a black rubber pipette: the glass blocks much of the UV and blue-light spectrum, while the pipette gives the user drop-by-drop control. Recommended for small-business and artisan packaging.
What is included in this pack of 88
The pack contains 88 50 ml green glass bottles and 88 black pipette droppers. Each bottle is approximately 100 mm tall, 42 mm in diameter and weighs around 70 g net. Each pipette consists of a glass tube and a black rubber bulb. Gross pack weight is around 6.78 kg. The neck is a standard GL18 thread.
Green glass and its light-filtering benefit
Green-tinted glass reflects much of the visible blue-light and UV ranges — the wavelengths that most quickly trigger oxidation in essential oils and botanical extracts. Green glass also gives the finished product an attractive visual presence, an important consideration for retail packaging. Glass itself is chemically inert and does not react with the contents.
Black pipette dropper details
The pipette consists of a glass tube and a rubber suction bulb. The glass tube comes into direct contact with the essential oil, providing chemically stable storage; the black rubber bulb draws up the volatile liquid and dispenses it drop by drop. With high-monoterpene essential oils such as citrus, eucalyptus or peppermint, it is best to limit long-term storage in pipette bottles so that the rubber bulb has a longer service life.
Areas of use
- Precise drop-by-drop dosing of essential oils for aromatherapy
- Preparing and storing your own essential oil blends
- Applying facial serums and skincare oils to the under-eye area or forehead
- Pipette packaging for botanical tinctures and flower essences
- Prototype bottling for cosmetic product developers
Cleaning and recycling
Wash the bottle with warm water and a mild dish soap, then rinse with 70% isopropyl alcohol. Clean the pipette separately — do not leave the rubber bulb in concentrated essential oil for extended periods, as it may whiten or crack over time. Avoid the dishwasher. Once fully dry, the bottle can be refilled or placed in glass recycling.
