A reliable bottling solution starts with a container that protects its contents and a cap that closes simply and quickly. This pack of 88 cobalt blue 50 ml dropper bottles is fitted with a black plastic screw cap — a clean, cost-effective solution for small businesses and artisans who fill dozens of bottles with their own preparations.
What is included in the 88-piece pack
The pack contains 88 cobalt blue glass dropper bottles of 50 ml each, every one fitted with a black plastic screw cap. Bottle height is approximately 100 mm, diameter approximately 42 mm, with a standard GL18 neck. The weight per bottle with cap is around 70 g, and the total gross weight of the pack is approximately 6.8 kg. A dropper insert in the centre of each cap ensures even drop-by-drop dispensing when the bottle is tilted.
Cobalt blue glass and light protection
Cobalt blue glass effectively filters not only UV radiation but also the shorter wavelengths of visible light. These are precisely the wavelengths that most rapidly degrade sensitive compounds (volatile aromatic molecules, unsaturated fatty acids, active-ingredient concentrates). The deep cobalt colour is therefore not only aesthetic but functional: preparations stored inside retain their integrity for longer. Glass is chemically inert and does not react with essential oils, alcohol-based or oil-based contents.
Black plastic screw cap — simple, reliable closure
The screw cap fits the bottle with a GL18 thread. A single turn opens and closes it, making it ideal for daily use. Inside the cap there is a dropper insert that releases liquid drop by drop when the bottle is tilted — precise dispensing with no spillage. The plastic is lightweight, shatter-resistant, and provides a neutral contact surface for most essential oils and plant oils. A simple, cost-effective alternative to pipette or metal-cap versions.
Areas of use

Cleaning and reuse
Rinse new bottles with warm water and a small amount of detergent. Isopropyl or food-grade alcohol is most effective for removing fragrance residue. Remove the cap from the bottle and clean it separately — the plastic screw cap is hand-washable, but the dishwasher is not recommended. Allow everything to dry completely before refilling. With appropriate care the bottle can be reused for many years, and the plastic screw cap can be inexpensively replaced if it wears out.
