A 100 ml green glass bottle with an aluminium cap is one of the most versatile formats in natural cosmetics and aromatherapy. The green glass reflects UV rays and a significant portion of visible blue light, while the aluminium cap provides an airtight, chemically inert seal. This pack of 70 offers a reliable foundation for small businesses, massage therapists and cosmetic makers.
What is included in this pack of 70
The pack contains 70 100 ml green glass dropper bottles and 70 aluminium caps with internal seal liners. Each bottle is approximately 130 mm tall, 52 mm in diameter and weighs around 120 g net. Gross pack weight is around 9.24 kg. The cap features a standard GL18 thread and is made of aluminium.
Green glass and its light-filtering benefit
In addition to the UV range, green glass also partially reflects the shorter wavelengths of visible blue light. The 100 ml format particularly benefits from this, because the larger volume comes with a longer use cycle — a massage oil or body lotion may be in active use for 2-4 months, with each opening exposing it to air and light. Green glass preserves the scent profile of the contents throughout that period.
Aluminium cap details
The aluminium cap provides a corrosion-resistant, airtight seal with an internal liner. It contains no BPA, phthalates or other plastic plasticisers, and does not react with citrus or high-monoterpene essential oils. With the 100 ml format the aluminium cap is especially advantageous: throughout the longer storage period of a larger volume of oil or lotion it maintains tightness and imparts no plastic off-flavour.

Cleaning and recycling
Wash the bottle with warm water and a mild dish soap, then rinse with 70% isopropyl alcohol to remove residual scents. Avoid the dishwasher, as it may over time damage the cap's internal seal liner. Once fully dry, the bottle can be refilled. The glass and aluminium cap can be separated for recycling — both materials are endlessly recyclable.
