Seven smooth, polished palm stones in a single set, each one sitting comfortably in the palm or a pocket. The seven stones are a different mineral for each chakra: amethyst, clear quartz, green aventurine, lapis lazuli, topaz jasper, carnelian and red jasper – together echoing the traditional chakra colours.
The chakras and the seven stones
In tradition the chakras are subtle energy points – energy wheels – along the central energy channel of the body; the best known are the seven main chakras. This set pairs one stone with each: amethyst for the crown, clear quartz for pure light, green aventurine for the heart, blue lapis lazuli for the throat, topaz jasper for the solar plexus, carnelian for the sacral, and red jasper for the root.
The palm stone as a form
A palm stone, also called a worry stone, is a smooth, flattened cut that is comfortable to hold in the palm and stroke with the thumb. Many use one in quiet moments, during meditation or simply to gather their focus.
Natural, uncoloured stones
The stones are natural, so colour and pattern vary from piece to piece. Each measures about 2 × 2.5 cm, so they fit easily in a pocket or a small pouch. Every piece is unique.
Care
A soft, barely damp cloth is enough to clean them. The shade of amethyst and some coloured stones can fade in strong, prolonged sunlight, so direct sun is best avoided.
