The no-cap variant of the 500 ml amber PET bottle is designed for those who already have a suitable closure or wish to use a custom cap matched to their own cosmetics formulation. The 28 mm standard neck accepts any standard-thread closure — flip cap, screw cap, spray head, or pump.
What is included in the 10-piece pack
10 amber (jantar) PET plastic bottles of 500 ml nominal capacity each, supplied without caps. Typical height is approximately 220 mm, diameter around 70 mm, with a 28 mm neck. Net weight of a single bottle is 42 g, and the total package gross weight is 0.42 kg. The no-cap option offers flexibility: you decide which closure type best fits the intended use of your finished product.
Amber PET and UV protection
The amber-coloured plastic absorbs shorter wavelengths of visible light and the UV spectrum, so carrier oils, shampoos containing essential oils, hydrosols, and preparations with antioxidants can be stored much longer without the active ingredients losing their effect rapidly. PET is BPA-free, approved for food contact, and safe for both cosmetic and household applications.
Choosing a closure
The 28 mm standard threaded neck accepts multiple closure types. A flip cap is ideal for quick, everyday dispensing (shampoo, shower gel). A screw cap (SC) suits longer-term storage with minimal evaporation. A trigger spray head is for hydrosols, facial toners, and natural surface cleaners. Cleaning and storage
Before first use, wash with warm water and a mild detergent, then rinse thoroughly. Store the filled bottle in a dark, cool place. After strongly scented contents, a denatured-alcohol rinse is recommended to remove residual odour. PET is heat-sensitive — avoid hot water washing and dishwasher use. The bottle is fully recyclable (RIC 1 marking).
