For finely misting hydrosols, facial toners, natural surface cleaners, and botanical sprays, a trigger spray bottle is the most convenient solution. The 500 ml size is sufficient for a beauty salon's daily workflow or for an actively used household cleaner refill, while amber PET plastic effectively protects light-sensitive contents. This pack of 10 is designed for small business owners and cosmetics makers who fill cleaning, care, or spray-type preparations.
What is included in the 10-piece pack
10 amber (jantar) PET plastic bottles of 500 ml capacity each, with a matching 28 mm trigger spray head per bottle. The spray head features a pull-trigger and an adjustable nozzle, allowing you to choose between fine mist and a continuous stream. Typical height is approximately 220 mm + spray head, diameter around 70 mm. Net weight of a single bottle is 42 g, and the total package gross weight is 0.73 kg.
Amber PET and UV protection
The amber-coloured plastic absorbs shorter wavelengths of visible light and the UV spectrum, so light-sensitive contents — hydrosols, essential-oil sprays, antioxidant-containing facial toners — retain their activity much longer. PET is BPA-free, approved for food contact, and safe for both cosmetic and household applications.
Spray head details
The 28 mm trigger spray head contains a dip tube, a trigger, and an adjustable nozzle. Twisting the nozzle switches between a fine mist (SPRAY) and a continuous stream (STREAM), or selects full lock (OFF) to prevent accidental discharge. The spray head material is PP/PE plastic, which is not sensitive to the most common cosmetic ingredients, but does not store strongly citrus essential oils (high in D-limonene) well over the long term — in such cases choose the screw cap or flip cap variant instead.
Typical areas of use
- Facial toners, hydrosols, floral waters in fine mist form
- Natural surface cleaners and disinfectant blends
- Botanical sprays for indoor plants (foliage misting)
- Water-based essential-oil scenting sprays for textiles
- Homemade hand cleaners and surface-cleaning solutions
Cleaning and maintenance
Before first use, wash the bottle and spray head with warm water and a mild detergent, then rinse thoroughly. It is worth occasionally pumping clean water through the spray head to prevent dip-tube clogging. If the spray weakens, unscrew the nozzle and clean the small opening with a needle. PET is heat-sensitive — avoid hot-water washing. The bottle is recyclable (RIC 1).
