The pack of 30, 500 ml clear pharmaceutical glass bottles with plastic screw caps is the most practical, most economical variant of the CGMB family. The plastic screw cap is light yet provides a reliable seal for the most common cosmetic and household preparations, while costing less than the aluminium versions. Ideal for early-stage small-business makers or for product lines where cost-effectiveness matters. The 500 ml size gives enough for a whole season of work: fewer bottles to fill and label for the same total volume.
What the pack of 30 contains
30 clear (water-white) pharmaceutical glass bottles with a nominal fill capacity of 500 ml, each paired with a plastic screw cap. Bottle height ~220 mm, diameter ~80 mm, net unit weight ~380 g; gross package weight 12.54 kg. The cap often has an internal liner inside, further improving the tightness of the seal.
Clear pharmaceutical glass properties
Clear (flint) pharmaceutical glass is chemically inert, does not react with the contents, and imparts no off-flavour or odour. Full transparency allows continuous visual control of the contents — colour, clarity, sediment, phase separation. It is therefore ideal for lotions, bath oils, hydrosols, massage bases, and carrier oils. For light-sensitive preparations (concentrated essential oils, high vitamin C), amber glass is the better choice.
Plastic screw cap details
The plastic screw cap is an easy-to-handle, re-openable closure. An internal liner prevents leakage and evaporation. The plastic cap is lighter than the aluminium versions, adding less to shipping weight. Ideal for water-based or diluted oil-based preparations. For pure, undiluted essential oils or high-terpene citrus concentrates, we do NOT recommend the plastic cap for long-term storage — choose the aluminium variant (-AC or -AB) there.
Areas of use
- Water-based cosmetic preparations: toners, hydrosols, essence waters
- Diluted massage oils, essential-oil blends already dispersed in carrier oil
- Liquid household formulas, detergent concentrates
- Self-made body care, lotions, and body oils
- Cosmetic workshop consumable: for refills and experimental runs
Cleaning and recycling
Before use, wash the bottles and caps with warm water and a mild soap, then let them dry fully. The plastic cap can also be cleaned in the dishwasher if it has no label. The glass is fully recyclable, and the plastic cap should go into appropriate plastic recycling.
