A fine-mist spray head delivers a very different dispensing experience from a dropper or pump: aromatic liquids spread in an even, dense mist. This pack of 50 contains spray heads made specifically for 50 ml amber bottles (GBot-22 series), ideal for filling hydrosols, perfume bases, essential oil room sprays, and floral waters.
What the 50-piece pack contains
The pack contains 50 black spray heads, each matched to the standard neck of a 50 ml bottle. Each head has a net weight of about 15 g, with the pack reaching a gross weight of 0.25 kg. The spray head is roughly 28 mm in rim diameter. The bottle is NOT included in the pack — for this, 50 ml bottles from the GBot-22 series must be ordered separately.
Spray mechanism and neck fit
The spray head works on a spring-loaded button system and delivers approximately 0.1-0.2 ml of liquid per press as a fine mist. The fine mist spreads evenly and can be applied to a wider area from several centimetres' distance. The neck standard matches the 50 ml bottles of the GBot-22 series and locks on by turning. With other neck sizes, a tight seal is not guaranteed.
Material and durability
The black spray head is made of plastic (typically polypropylene), and the inner valves and spring parts are compatible with alcohol and water-based liquids. Prolonged exposure to essential oils (particularly the limonene content of citrus oils) may over time soften or discolour the black surface — for this reason, it is best used with diluted blends and hydrosols. The top button has a small transit lock so accidental presses during transport are guarded against.
Areas of use
- Hydrosols and floral waters as cleansing and refreshing sprays
- Essential oil room spray (essential oil + water + emulsifier blend)
- Bottling your own perfume bases in spray format
- Plant-based linen and textile refresher spray
- Leave-in conditioner that can be sprayed onto hair
Cleaning
After use it is worth spraying warm, soapy water through the spray head several times, so no oily residue remains in the tube. For scent residue, 70% isopropyl alcohol is recommended — spray it through the head with a few presses, then rinse with water. Allow it to dry completely before fitting to a bottle with new contents, so water does not dilute the next blend. Country of origin: China.
