The 300 ml clear pharmaceutical glass bottle with pump dispenser is a tool for small-business makers and independent creators working with larger volumes. The clear glass allows continuous visual control of the colour and clarity of the contents, and the pump delivers convenient, precise, and hygienic dispensing — there is no need to unscrew a cap or come into contact with the contents, so contamination of the preparation is minimised. This pack of 40 fits especially well into the daily work of cosmetic studios and massage therapists, or for bottling a private-label lotion or body oil line.
What the pack of 40 contains
40 clear (water-white) pharmaceutical glass bottles with a nominal fill capacity of 300 ml, each fitted with a pump dispenser head. Bottle height ~200 mm, diameter ~70 mm, net unit weight ~280 g; gross package weight 12.32 kg. The pump neck is a standard size, typically 28 mm in diameter.
Pump mechanics and hygienic advantages
The pump head lifts a defined volume (typically 1.5-2 ml) with a single press and dispenses it through the output spout. Because the hand never touches the contents directly, the risk of microbiological contamination drops significantly — particularly important for cosmetic preparations that are low or free of preservatives. The pump works with a return spring and a non-return valve, so there is no drip or leakage after use.
Clear pharmaceutical glass properties
Clear (flint) pharmaceutical glass is chemically inert, does not react with the contents, does not release harmful compounds, and contains no plasticisers. The colour, clarity, any sediment or phase separation of the contents can be checked at a glance, which is especially useful during the development phase — for example when refining your own recipe. We do not recommend it for light-sensitive preparations; amber glass is the right choice there.
Areas of use
- Convenient dispensing of cosmetic lotions and body care
- Liquid hand wash, hand sanitiser, shampoo, and shower gel bottling
- Daily use of massage oils in cosmetic studios and massage practices
- Bottling carrier oils in larger volumes — argan, jojoba, sweet almond
- Self-made body care formulas for therapeutic or gift purposes
Cleaning and maintenance
Before first use, wash both the glass and the pump with warm water and a mild soap. Rinse the pump with clean water immediately after the contents are used up (pump a few times with clean water), otherwise dried residue can clog the spout. Dry the pump fully before longer storage. The glass is fully recyclable; the pump should go into composite plastic-and-metal collection.
