Deep bass and a light snare in one box
This bass cajon was designed to replace the kick drum of a drum kit wherever space or electricity is limited: at house parties, in rehearsal rooms, at street performances or smaller concerts. The name 2inOne refers to the two sound characters you get in a single instrument: a voluminous, deep bass and a surprisingly light, pleasant snare effect. Inside the box, 84 metal spirals produce a gently buzzing, snare-like sound when you strike towards the edge of the playing surface.
Antique beech surface, seven-layer resonance box
The playing surface is made of antique beech wood, while the resonance box is built from seven layers of Gabon wood. A fixed muffle pad inside keeps the bass tight and well defined. The bevelled feet hold the instrument safely and allow only limited tilting, so you sit on it with confidence while playing.
Who is it for?
If you are a drummer or percussionist looking for a loud bass instrument for unplugged gigs, this cajon will not disappoint you. It can be played by hand or with a pedal, making it ideal both as rhythm accompaniment and as a full drum-kit substitute. Music teachers also value it in group sessions, because the deep tone instantly anchors the shared rhythm.
Dimensions and key facts
