Material and bubble lining
The outer kraft paper is durable, tear-resistant by hand, with a classic brown tone. It is specifically resistant to creasing, tearing and minor scratching during postal transit. Inside, an HDPE-based bubble lining provides shock and vibration protection through evenly distributed air cells.
Size and use
The 235×350 mm outer dimension is specifically designed for flat A4-format shipping: the 210×297 mm A4 document fits without folding, with a small headroom left. Closure and opening
The +40 mm flap has a self-adhesive strip on its inner side. After removing the protective tape, the flap closes in a single motion and provides a durable, tamper-evident seal. The recipient opens the envelope along the flap with a tearing motion. The seal is single-use: once opened, it no longer offers sufficient security for onward postal shipping.
Storage and durability
Store the mailers as a flat bundle in a dry, cool location, away from direct sunlight. Humid environments, prolonged sun exposure or high temperatures gradually weaken the adhesive strip. With proper storage the 25-piece bundle remains ready to use for many months.
