The 30 ml cobalt blue glass dropper bottles combined with aluminium caps provide dual protection for sensitive preparations: the deep cobalt blue glass filters out harmful light, and the aluminium cap prevents the evaporation of volatile components. This 110-piece pack is intended for essential oil creators, aromatherapy artisans, and cosmetic formulator small business owners.
What is included in the 110-piece pack
110 cobalt blue glass dropper bottles, each with a nominal 30 ml fill capacity and a matching aluminium cap. The height of one bottle is approximately 85 mm and the diameter is 35 mm. The total gross weight of the pack is around 6.05 kg, and an empty bottle with cap weighs approximately 55 g together. The standard GL18 thread also allows the cap to be swapped for another type.
Cobalt blue glass and the benefit of light filtering
Cobalt blue glass absorbs not only the UV range but also part of the shorter visible wavelengths — particularly blue and green light. This extended protection is beneficial for light-sensitive preparations where oxidative degradation could quickly impair the scent profile or active ingredient content. The glass is chemically inert, contains no BPA or plasticisers, and adds no off-flavour or odour to the contents.
Advantages of the aluminium cap
The aluminium cap is chemically inert and corrosion-resistant: it does not react with essential oils, does not allow odours to permeate, and contains no BPA or other migratable substances. With plastic caps, strong citrus essential oils or varieties high in monoterpenes can sometimes soften or discolour the plastic over time — aluminium is entirely free from this issue. The inner liner provides a leak-proof, airtight seal and is easily recyclable.
Areas of use

Cleaning and reuse
The bottles and caps can be rinsed in warm soapy water before and after use. For stubborn scent residue, pure ethyl alcohol (70%) is recommended: a few millilitres in the bottle, left to stand for several hours, then thoroughly rinsed will remove the remaining traces. Avoid dishwasher use if there is a label or printed surface on the bottle. Both the glass and aluminium are highly recyclable.
