Product EOUL-64 is a 10-piece, unlabelled set: ten 10 ml glass bottles, each filled with pure Spanish Aloysia triphylla (lemon verbena) essential oil. The set is intended for crafters, cosmetic formulators, aromatherapists and entrepreneurs building a private-label product line.

What the 10-piece set contains

The package includes 10 identical 10 ml glass bottles, each filled with steam-distilled Aloysia triphylla essential oil. The bottles arrive without labels, so you can apply your own branding, dosage instructions or design. Net content is 10 ml per bottle and the total weight is approximately 0.41 kg.

Botany: lemon verbena vs lemongrass

Lemon verbena (Aloysia triphylla, formerly Lippia citriodora) is a Verbenaceae shrub of South American origin; it should not be confused with Cymbopogon species (lemongrass). The leaf essential oil contains 20-35% citral (geranial + neral), 15-25% limonene, and characteristic aldehydes that form a vivid citrus-floral aroma profile.

Origin and production

The oil is sourced from Spain, from the Mediterranean region established for Verbenaceae cultivation. It is produced by steam distillation from freshly cut leafy shoots. The yield is low (around 0.1-0.2%), so pure Aloysia triphylla oil is a premium item. The method carries the volatile aldehydes with water vapour.

Applications

Storage and shelf life

Store the essential oil in a cool, dark place, preferably below 25 °C, in a tightly closed bottle. Due to the high aldehyde content, the oil is sensitive to oxidation. Unopened, lemon verbena oil typically keeps for 1-2 years; once opened, it is advisable to use the content within 9-12 months to preserve the fresh aromatic notes.
