168 clear glass bottles with a nominal 100 ml fill volume and GL18 neck finish, plus 168 child-resistant (CR) polypropylene caps with push-and-turn mechanism. The caps are built on the principle of the EN ISO 8317 international standard for child-resistant closures.
Clear glass and visibility
Clear glass reveals the contents — colour, quantity, and texture immediately recognisable. Particularly useful for CBD oils, where the yellow-gold shade is a marker of purity, or for hand-sanitiser gel, where the customer can see how much remains. Note: for photosensitive essential oils, amber glass is recommended, as clear glass does not filter UV radiation.
Child-resistant cap details
The child-resistant cap is made of polypropylene in a two-part design (outer ring + inner screw cap) and screws onto a GL18 thread. To open, you must simultaneously press down from above and turn — this combined motion is easy for adults but problematic for children under 5. The inner EPE or LDPE liner prevents evaporation of volatile components. The cap is not suitable for autoclaving (may deform above 80°C).

Cleaning and storage
Before washing, disassemble the cap — the outer ring and inner screw cap can be washed separately in warm soapy water. For strong scent residues, use 70% isopropyl alcohol or soak in a baking soda solution for 30 minutes. Do NOT place the polypropylene cap in a dishwasher (it may deform). Store the finished product out of reach of children — the CR cap reduces but does not eliminate the risk of accidental access.
