This 168-piece pack of 100 ml clear glass dropper bottles with black plastic screw caps is designed for those working in medium-to-large volumes who seek a contrasting, clean-looking retail format. Clear (transparent) glass reveals the colour and texture of the contents, while the black cap provides a modern, professional appearance on the shelf or in product photography.
What is included in the 168-piece pack
168 clear glass bottles with a nominal 100 ml fill volume and GL18 neck finish, plus 168 black polypropylene screw caps with an inner LDPE or EPE liner. Approximate height 130 mm, diameter 52 mm. Unit net weight 0.12 kg; pack gross weight 22.176 kg. Worth noting: the 100 ml pack contains 168 pieces, more than the smaller 50 ml variant (88 pieces) — due to a different case-layout geometry.
Clear glass and contrasting appearance
The clear glass plus black cap combination is one of the favoured solutions in contemporary cosmetic design: the contents as the main element, the cap as a restrained frame. Coloured serums, infused oils, hand-sanitiser gels, and hydrosols all look appealing in this format. Important: clear glass offers no UV protection, so for photosensitive essential oils (citrus, fresh green notes) the amber GBOT series is recommended instead.
Black screw cap details
The black polypropylene cap is lightweight, shatter-resistant, and provides contrast against the clear glass. An inner LDPE or EPE liner prevents leakage during normal storage and transport. Polypropylene resists most household chemicals and weak acids — but strong, monoterpene-rich essential oils (citrus, pine, eucalyptus) can soften it with prolonged contact. For such cases, we recommend the aluminium-cap (AC) version. Screw closure on GL18 thread, cap diameter 24 mm.
Areas of use
- Retail packaging of massage oil recipes and body oils
- Packaging of body lotion, moisturising serums and emulsions
- DIY hand-sanitiser gel (alcohol-based) packaging
- Hydrosols, floral waters, and herbal extracts
- Handmade hair care oils and scented serums
Cleaning and storage
Hand wash the bottle and cap with warm soapy water. The polypropylene cap is NOT dishwasher-safe (may deform at high temperatures). For scent residues, use 70% isopropyl alcohol or a baking soda solution. Store empty bottles in a closed box to keep out dust and foreign contaminants. For recycling, separate the cap from the glass — polypropylene (#5) and glass go into separate sorted waste streams.
