The glass pipette stem is chemically inert and long enough to reach the full 100 ml volume. The black rubber bulb is made of natural or synthetic rubber and provides drop-by-drop accuracy: a light squeeze draws up 0.03-0.05 ml of liquid, and a full pipette load is around 1-1.5 ml. The black plastic screw ring secures to a GL18 thread. Strong essential oils and particularly citrus varieties can soften the rubber over time — for sensitive oils, consider ordering a replacement pipette.

Maintenance and cleaning
