This pack contains 10 clear PET plastic bottles, each holding one litre, and a black flip-top cap for every one. The 28 mm caps screw onto the necks. Empty, the bottles are light and will not shatter if one falls on the tiles. Made in China.
Next to the washing machine
Liquid detergent and fabric softener often come in large, heavy containers. Pour the amount you keep next to the washing machine into one-litre bottles. Through the small opening of the flip-top cap you can pour into the dosing cup more precisely than from the wide neck of a big container. Full, a bottle weighs about a kilo, so stand it on the washing machine or the floor while you fill it.
One shower gel for the whole family
If several people in your home use the same shower gel or shampoo, a litre runs out less often than a 250 ml bottle. Ten bottles leave room for shower gel, shampoo and liquid soap, with spares left over. Flick a cap open with one hand and snap it shut the same way, with nothing to unscrew. Through the clear sides you can see when one needs refilling.
Clean and in the shade
Rinse them with warm water before the first use and let them dry. Do not fill them with hot liquid or put them in the dishwasher, as PET can shrink in the heat. Food and drink should not be kept in them, as the maker's details mention no food approval. In summer, move them into the shade if they would otherwise stand somewhere warm. When you switch a bottle to a different liquid, wash it out well first so the scents do not mix.
