Product EOUL-82 is a 10-piece, unlabelled set: ten 10 ml glass bottles filled with Comorian Cananga odorata (Ylang Ylang III fraction) essential oil. The III fraction is obtained in the third stage of fractional distillation and has a different character from the earlier Extra or I-II fractions. The set is intended for crafters, cosmetic formulators, aromatherapists and entrepreneurs building a private-label product line.
What the 10-piece set contains
The package includes 10 identical 10 ml glass bottles, each filled with steam-distilled Ylang Ylang III fraction essential oil. The bottles arrive without labels, so you can apply your own branding, dosage instructions or design. Net content is 10 ml per bottle and the total weight is approximately 0.41 kg.
Botany: Cananga odorata fractional distillation
For Ylang Ylang, fractional steam distillation produces the Extra, I, II, III and Complete grades. The III fraction condenses in a later stage: a lower-volatility oil with a deeper, woodier and less sweetly floral profile. This makes it a strong base and heart note in perfumery blends where the lighter fractions would be too volatile.
Origin and production
The oil is sourced from the Comoros, one of the leading cultivation regions for Cananga odorata. It is produced by steam distillation from fresh flowers in a multi-stage fractional run. The III fraction is the distillate collected in the later stage of the process.
Applications
- Private-label cosmetics: long-lasting fragrant body oils, perfumed facial preparations
- Aromatherapy: calming, deeper-character diffuser blends, massage oil bases
- Natural perfumery: deep, woody-floral base and heart note
- Soap making: scenting cold-process soap where good fixation is needed
- Custom packaging: small-batch resale with your own labelling
Storage and shelf life
Store the essential oil in a cool, dark place, preferably below 25 °C, in a tightly closed bottle. Protected from light and heat, Cananga odorata oil typically keeps for 2-3 years. Unopened bottles retain quality longer; once opened, it is advisable to use the content within 12 months.
